READ AT YOUR OWN PACE
Mobile dashboard guide.
The full spoken walkthrough, step by step.
STEP 1 OF 12
Open the dashboard on your phone
Start by opening the dashboard link in Safari or Chrome on your phone. This is the planned sign-in screen: email or username, followed by your password, then Sign in. This access method still needs to be activated. The guide uses example credentials and practice records. Your real password should never be shared.
STEP 2 OF 12
Your monthly and yearly totals
After signing in, Overview brings the business together. The month selector changes the reporting month. These example cards show twenty-four hundred dollars this month and eighteen thousand four hundred year to date. Revenue here means invoices emailed to Johnny, not money collected. Resends count once. A correction replaces the amount in the original sent month. A partial label means the full history has not been imported.
STEP 3 OF 12
Find the latest invoice
Tap Invoices. Type a customer name or invoice number into Search invoices. Tap the customer to open the record. Check the latest amount and the first sent date. The PDF button opens the current attached document. If PDF pending appears, the document is not available yet.
STEP 4 OF 12
Record a payment note
Inside the invoice, review its details, then tap Internal notes. For a payment confirmation, record the date, amount, and method. Here we enter a clearly labelled practice note. Tap Save notes to keep it. A note does not change the sent-invoice revenue total, and this dashboard does not have a paid-status switch.
STEP 5 OF 12
Review your lead funnel
Tap Leads to see researched companies and their current stage. The funnel shows New, Researching, Qualified, Contacted, Interested, Quote sent, and Won. Search for a company, or use the stage filter to focus on the next conversations. Tap a company name to open its record.
STEP 6 OF 12
Check whether a lead is a fit
Review the company, business contact, and source before taking action. Distance is measured from Fairburn. A company inside the twenty-five-mile search area still needs its actual fleet yard, service fit, and purchasing contact confirmed. The source is research evidence, not a promise that the company is ready to buy.
STEP 7 OF 12
Save a clear next step
In the lead, choose the stage that matches what actually happened. We select Researching. Assign Johnny as owner, choose a follow-up date, and add a specific note, such as confirm the yard and contact. Tap Save changes. Saving a stage or note does not send an email or start an outreach sequence.
STEP 8 OF 12
Review new quote requests
Tap Quote requests. An empty screen means there are no saved requests to review. The website connection is still being completed, so an empty list is not proof that nobody submitted a form. Londo should check the source status when expected requests are missing.
STEP 9 OF 12
Open a customer request
This next request is fictional practice data. When a request is available, search by company or customer, then tap the request to open it. Read the requested service, location, unit count, and preferred timing before deciding how to respond.
STEP 10 OF 12
Update the request status
Choose Reviewing while you assess the job. Assign an owner and a follow-up date, then write the next action in notes. Tap Save changes. Update the status again when you have actually quoted, booked, or closed the job. These edits track your work; they do not send the customer a message.
STEP 11 OF 12
Know how fresh the data is
Back on Overview, scroll to Connected sources. Saved snapshot means the dashboard holds an imported copy. Refresh loads the latest saved records; it does not fetch new email or run a fresh fleet search. Website quotes are marked setup pending. Facebook engagement metrics are a later addition, so no live engagement totals are shown yet.
STEP 12 OF 12
Make this your daily routine
Each morning, open Overview and check Next follow-ups. Tap a company or request, review the notes, complete the next action, then save the new stage and date. Review invoices and new requests, and sign out when using a shared device. Keep this video handy. Pause or replay any step whenever you need it.
